When my digital marketing agency started gaining traction, I noticed something was missing. It hit me that working with mission-driven brands was where the real excitement lay. I asked myself, “How can I attract more of these fantastic clients?” That’s when I decided to kick off my podcast, Conscious Profits Unfiltered. By bringing on conscious leaders and spotlighting purpose-driven profit models, everything began to transform. Today, Go Global Agency mainly serves mission-driven companies and brands. I’m proud to be part of their journey, as they’re not just about profits; they’re making a positive impact on the world.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Man, I’ve had to pivot countless times on this entrepreneurial journey! Resilience and flexibility are absolute musts in this game. One of my most significant pivots happened back in my early twenties when I had started a baseball bat company. I poured my heart and soul into building an amazing brand and product over nearly five years. We had something truly unique that MLB players adored, but there was one big hurdle: our wood species needed MLB approval as a new wood type. We came so close time and time again, but politics proved to be too strong of an opponent. After five years of dedication, I had to face the tough reality that selling the company for a modest sum was the smart move. It was a hard decision to let go of what felt like my baby and completely shift my career path.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
This is something that never changes. Referrals. Our clients consistently express their satisfaction not only with our services and the results we deliver but also with the overall experience of collaborating with our teams. We genuinely function as an extension of your marketing department. Clients love what we do, they love our vibe and they’re always eager to recommend us to others.
