A’Kierra, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Very thankful for the opportunity I am blessed with although at first I had no knowledge of true success. My business has been opened for two years, and within those years I have changed my perspective on success. I believe for one to be success of anything you have to remain true to yourself as well to those who stand for you. I believe people get lost in the idea of fame, material items, and being the next trending topic to where success isn’t a goal to achieve. I believe in order to be put in the position to receive genuine success, you have to stand for your beliefs and remain true until success is brought upon to you!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’d love to start off with the beginning of my journey, I always manifested my business into existence since a third grader! To know me is to know that I love and always have been in love with being able to give back to people. I was born with health issues many have no knowledge of, however I turned my life story into a LLC that creates botanical, holistic products for any and everyone to essentially enjoy while maintaining benefits of better health! I make organic candles that are so pure you can use as body butter along with body oils using herbals that are rich in healing properties. I also provide customized candles to be used as home decor, party favors, etc.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Funding my business was the true works of the Lord! I used to be a waitress for years and with the money I managed to save, I put towards my business. I know that God also uses vessels in my life; the back bones to Essentially LShae LLC to help me fund my business, and onto today I still have helping hands in my business daily. With things simple as a candle holder to machinery used to create products.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

I believe the most efficient strategy is maintaining a personal touch in my products. I ensure each product is made with love and light for when each customer receives their order they feel that love in each product!
