Latiya, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

How did I come up with the name behind my business ok so my first name is Latiya my middle name is Shyane so I took the first two letters out of my first name and just kept the Tiya and added Shyane Cosmetics

Latiya, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Iam a 25 year old business owner out of Memphis Tennessee I started my cosmetic business because I love makeup lashes lipgloss an etc I also expanded my business my adding my own edge control line which is my biggest sale I have 3 different types of edge control scents such as pineapple apple and peach what Iam most proud of about my business is that everyone knows about me and my edge control

Any advice for managing a team?

The advice I have is too remain professional even when you have rude customers or even when you feel like no one’s going to support you stay professional remain humble put god first and last never give up

How did I build my audience on social media I stayed consistent by posting sharing content in me packing and unpacking my products getting people to review them an etc
