Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aliyah Sams and Eliza Gonzalez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Aliyah & Eliza, appreciate you joining us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
Our very first client was a sweet, elderly woman who happened to suffer from nerve damage in her hands. Due to this, she always had to wear gloves made of softer materials because touching the simplest items like towels and paper, difficult and sometimes painful for her. She contacted us with the goal of decluttering and organizing her 2,200 sq ft basement that she utilized for storage. This space was extremely important to her and her husband, as this was where they stored their sentimental memorabilia, along with seasonal and holiday decor. We immediately visited and executed a plan to create a space that was accessible and meaningful in the end. The results were amazing and her comments were precious to our heart. She let us know how much she appreciated our help and called us “lifesavers.” Through this process, we donated many items – old and new. We also created a functional system that allows both her, and her husband, to easily find what they are looking for. Everything is now categorized into containers with labels, allowing them to find and access their items quickly and efficiently. This client can now avoid anymore painful moments from searching through clutter to find what she needs.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We have been best friends for over ten years and counting. Since becoming mothers, we have found that life can easily get chaotic and overwhelming. Recently, we found a passion for living a more organized and less cluttered lifestyle. We found that implementing this new lifestyle really helped us become happier, more productive and less stressed. When we saw how big of a change this made on our mental health, we realized this is something we want to do to help others. We really take pride in problem solving and assisting others to find a functional system that can also bring peace back into their home.
We are up for any challenge, big or small, and we will dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on. It is our mission to help our clients achieve and maintain an organized lifestyle while creating functional systems that will help bring peace back into their home.
We are most proud ourselves as we quit our traditional 9-5 jobs with no guarantee that this would be successful. We took a chance on our friendship by deciding to own a company 50/50. Having children doesn’t make it any easier, as we will always been full time mothers. It has been risky but our clients have become friends/family and that is the biggest reward.
We want followers to know that it is OK to have a space that is cluttered, overwhelming and may feel like you’re suffocating. It’s also OK to ask for help and allow professionals to assist you in tackling those projects. We never judge our clients’ space – we embrace it and make them love it again!

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
While trying to build our clientele through all social media platforms, we’ve noticed that the best source of new clients is through referrals and word of mouth. Most times before leaving a clients house, they have already referred their family and friends. It’s also important to leave business cards everywhere we go and always look for opportunities to network. The people who don’t see us on social media or run to Google to find us, can grab a business card from their local coffee shop, favorite restaurant or see us posted on a bulletin board in a grocery store.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
Like mentioned before, our clients become friends and family. We like to follow up after the project to make sure that they are maintaining the systems we put in place and to ensure it is still functional for them. When securing a client we promise to never wrap up a project until they are completely satisfied.
