We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Marina Radlinski a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Marina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I always loved organizing and helping my friends and family move.
During covid summer in switzerland my friend and i had a girls and wine night at her place and she started complaining again on how bad her bedroom looks and she cant sleep in there beacause there is so much stuff everywhere. I told her i dont belive it just show me ( i hang out at her house many times before but never saw her bedroom. We walked in there and well she was right! I call her a luxury – hoarder – brand new chanel bags still in the box, brand new clothes still in shopping bags, shoes never worn and still in the boxes etc.
After orgsnizing till early morning i told her i m happy to come back and get it done Sunday. So we made plans that she will provide brunch (and brunch beverages) and i will finish organizing her bedroom.
She cancelled last minute – because she was not in the mood to do it that day. I thought well keep complaining and dont change anything BUT there must be people wo pay for a service like that.
I did some market research and was just amazed that a professional organizer is really a thing. While still in europe i created a business plan, set up my website and was ready to go with my first company called NY Organized.. Once i returned to new york i had my first client after 2 weeks!
Business was really good and i absolutly loved what i do every single day. Soon i hired 2 assistents.
In 2022 we moved to sout florida where i started Palm Beach Organized – still love every day of being a professional home organizer and business owner. My company i growing and my clients are amazing.

I am Marina Radlinski the owner and founder of Palm Beach Organized.
Palm Beach Organized is a luxury professional home organizing and concierge moving service.
We work with people who are unorganized or just too busy, but would desperately wish they could live in a home where everything is visually relaxing, organized and perfectly placed.
Originally from switzerland – being organized comes natural to me.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
The best possible costumer service and saying no if a job is not the right fit for our company!
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Working with a business coach has changed many ways on how i look at things. I highly recommend hiring a business coach as soon as financially possible – it is the best investment in my business i have ever made.
