We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rebecca Wierman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rebecca below.
Rebecca, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
I thought I had my dream job while I was working as a Brand Manager in the cannabis industry. I was doing something exciting in a new and emerging industry. I had a strong desire to educate people on the benefits of cannabis as well as help them find the products that work. After a few months, I started to see all that was wrong with the industry and how it’s not rooted in helping people heal, but rather in making millions and gaining market share (oftentimes without ethics). I quickly fell out of love.
For weeks I had been having conversations with my spirit guides about when I should leave. The messages that kept coming through were that I shouldn’t quit and that I should wait. So I stuck it out until one day the answer changed.
“This week.”
I thought to myself, “there is absolutely no way I’m quitting this week.”
That same week I was fired.
Although I was scared and nervous about what was to come, I was grateful to have the space to step into something new.
I knew it was time to step into my intuitive work full time.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
When I was first “pushed” into my intuitive career, I was offering psychic tarot readings. But I quickly learned that I didn’t enjoy telling people when their “soulmate” would come into their life or when they would “manifest money.”
I noticed that it was so much more empowering to teach people how to use their own intuitive gifts to answer their questions. So I stepped back and spent time diving deep into my own development, learning new tools, and spending time in nature.
What this taught me is that intuition is so much more than being “psychic.” Intuition requires a deep connection to the self and a strong level of trust and security in the present moment. I looked to my own life– the moments where I experienced the most presence were out in nature and my days savoring the outdoors taught me that we can learn a lot from plants.
When a seed is planted, its growth begins in darkness. But with water and fertilizer, the seed begins to sprout and reach for the light. The growth journey continues as the fully blossomed plant scatters its seeds and continues the cycle.
Like plants, the healing journey towards intuitive power begins in the darkness (or the shadows). To move from the shadow and into the light, we have to find the tools that help us grow.
That’s why I created the Tool Kit, a magical approach to healing through shadow work so you can live your most intuitive life. I’m constantly searching for the tools that work to help people find the modalities that will level up their healing journey and activate their innate intuitive abilities.
Presently some of these tools include the Akashic Records, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, and Tarot.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Every person I come into contact with is a teacher. I trust that there is something to learn from everyone– including the people that I don’t necessarily enjoy being around. It teaches me more about myself and helps me dive deeper into my own healing and intuitive embodiment.

Have you ever had to pivot?
I am constantly pivoting. If I wasn’t pivoting, I would be bored and unfulfilled.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that pivoting is bad, but pivoting is vital to our growth. If you aren’t pivoting, you aren’t growing. Before I worked in cannabis, I was working in law. Before that, I was an actor. Every pivot I have taken has brought me to where I am today and I plan on pivoting a whole lot more.
