Meric , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
Giving secret scholarships to retreats and making their dreams come true! We truly appreciate their intentions and value for our offerings, and the best way to show it is include them. We understand the balance between giving and receiving and keeping our hearts open

Meric , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We always combine mental health, spiritual health and development with our yoga offerings. We love to add energy work and teach how to raise frequency.
When we teach to kids it’s essential for us to make an entrance to meditation and mindful breathing to offer them a space where they can discover how to center themselves.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Be authentic and organically grow. Don’t buy followers they mean nothing especially when you are in a service business. Happy clients are the best mouth to mouth advertisement. For social media it’s important to stay truthful and show yourself as who you are. People can feel everything!

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Always trust in yourself and don’t second guess or open another page on the book! If it’s in your heart and mind then just go for it.
