We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Cassandra Mullins a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Cassandra , appreciate you joining us today. Getting that first client is always an exciting milestone. Can you talk to us about how you got your first customer who wasn’t a friend, family, or acquaintance?

I remember how I got my first client like it was yesterday because since that day I’ve had much success. Before cutting my ribbon at our Mortar & Brick establishment on August 13, 2022 876 S. Grove Street Suite 1, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48198 by setting up my business website initially in March 2018 that is when I received my first female client and sale what joy I received to know that my business is what consumers wanted and need Celebrity Wardrobe Stylist, a fashion expert who will provide clients wardrobe for his or her event since then we’ve had over 100,000 clients ranging from newborn to 80 years old. We love the feeling that our clients get what they want and their confidence exceeds the room in Rich&Rare Clothing Boutique products.

Rich& Rare Clothing Boutique, LLC provides premium clothing and products for Men, Women & Children . We are know for our 5 Star Reputation offering our clients A1 customer service and products.

We love that 90% of our clients are lifetime and returning customers. Our customers get excited that we just not only provide Rich& Rare Clothing but we also provide Styling Services and Consultation on a fee basis, where we give you alternate styling options for your desired event.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

There are a series of books that have significantly impacted my management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy some to mention “Side hustle to Main Hustle, “ The owners Manual to Full Time Entrepreneurship by Angel N. Livas.

New York Best Author T.D. Jakes Crushing -God Turns pressure into power, are two highly recommended literature books that have been a staple to my management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Covid 19 and the impact on small businesses was a contributing factor of our resilience we had to continue to brand and build since our grand opening of our 1st Mortar & Brick establishment was after experiencing a major pandemic in August 13, 2022. We offered styling services for competitive prices and starting reaching out to the communities we serve and offer prom give away that included free styling and make up services!
