In this industry, you have to adapt regularly on a normal basis. What we have learned during the pandemic is the need to adapt has multiplied; we have learned to adapt consistently and not be stuck in our ways. As the industry is evolving on a daily basis.

Boris Seymore is the Executive Chef and owner of BDS Catering & Productions. Trained at the Lincoln Culinary Institute, Chef Boris’ specialty is to serve great-tasting food that people enjoy eating and sharing. Crediting his ability to adapt and adjust, he studied the art of food, became knowledgeable of food pairings, flavors, and seasonings, and found an appreciation for a diverse palate of cuisine. His dedication, paired with his vibrant sense of humor and obvious skills in the kitchen has allowed him to serve a multitude of clients from differing backgrounds and cook anything from Asian Fusion to Soul Food. His living mission is offering turnkey solutions for private and corporate clients that are executed flawlessly. Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
There is no quick fix as Rome wasn’t built in a day, start small and work your way up. Focus on the little things. Once you have completed enough successful events, it then starts to improve your overall brand recognition and everything else will fall in place.
