This is a simple story for me.
Started knocking on doors as a one woman show, When it was time for employee additions in the early 90’s, I recrited and hired military spouses who helped me to grow my business all over the world.
Diana, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Truth, Got a divorce and needed a job, so I started a business.. My marketing background pointed me to this industry I had never really heard of, it was a mach made in heaven.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
pivot, 1998, poivot, 2008, pivot 2020.
Each time was different, each time we survived. each time, my team and it’s culture came together like family, made a plan and learned so much.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
You can’t help everyone, some peole will drag you down.
The first 4 cleints I fired were the most freeing thing I have expereinced and learned from in business.
First one, too hard to get payment from.
Second one, too high maintence for the reward.
Third one, didn’t appreciate Equity, inclusion, diversity.
Fourth one, disrespected one of my team.
