My Company Serves All 50 States. The Difference Between My Company And Other Companies Is We Don’t Give Up On Our Clients. We Build Family Relationships With Our Clients.I Am Very Proud Business Owner. I Not Only Stand Behind My Brand, I Stand On Business When It Comes To My Clientele.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Growing New Clientele Is Important. I Listen To My Clients And Hear Them Out.I Make Sure My Clients Are Comfortable And Understand The Process From Start To Finish Before They Walk Out The Door. I Recieve Alot Of Word Of Mouth People Because My Clients Can Depend On Me When Others Have Turned Their Backs On Them.

Any advice for managing a team?

When It Comes To Managing A Team Always Remember To Have Monthly Meetings And Never Leave Anyone Out.Things May Become Stressful And You Have To Be Prepared To Solve Conflicts. Being A Business Owner You Have To Remain Calm In All Situations. I Have A Team Of Great Individuals That Work For Me And I Wouldn’t Trade Them For Anything.They Solve Problems And Come Together To Get Things Done. At The End Of The Day That’s All That Matters.
