We were lucky to catch up with Tephanie Muro recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tephanie, thanks for joining us today. How has Covid changed your business model?
The covid definitely changed the course of my field.
The growth of branding was seen in a progressive and slow way as people understood about the process of creating a brand.
The covid determined the end of many jobs, opening possibilities for new businesses. These businesses started differently, some with fear and as they grew they were trust on it.
That is the reason why of the brand, the essence of Nera Brand Studio is to be a place where you can get the process you need for the development and performance of your brand.

My name is Tephanie Muro and I am a communicator specialized in strategic marketing.
I have been in this business since 2017 and I have been able to create brands in different areas.
At Nera Brand Studio we assume brand creation, branding, social media management, marketing strategies, web pages, SEO and SEM strategies, etc.
Everything that manages to highlight your brand efficiently.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
I started with a personalized gift company. I was in charged to creating the designs that went into the elements of the packs that people bought. As we grew we had many comments like: I LOVE THE DESIGN or HOW ORIGINAL THE DESIGN IS. At that moment I realized that there was a path that I had not explored was to bring value to something intangible, something digital.
I started to find out about the world of graphic design and how it performs in working life.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building a community on a digital platform takes time and, above all, dedication. At the beginning it is not easy at all but you must be convinced that you are adding value, that is the key.
Adding value to the life of another is what differentiates you from the other account that may have the same content as yours. Always remember to add value to them with your content and be patient.
