Hi Robbin, thanks for joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
In my opinion, I think being successful comes with putting the work in for your business on a consistent basis, great marketing plan, strong vision for your brand, integrity, consistent profit and offering a product/service that fits your target audience.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m the host of the Mamapreneur Podcast. Which is a Podcast that talks all things Entrepreneurship. Also, I get to interview Female Business Owners and their businesses from all over the country. My platform is a place to help businesses get more exposure for their brands.
Also, I’m a Salon Growth Coach with Savvy Salon Systems. A coaching program where I help Established, Independent Beauty/Spa Professionals grow their businesses where they work smarter not harder. Currently I’m accepting new clients in a 1:1 and /or Group Coaching setting. We get tackle different areas to help grow their business such as marketing, client experience, etc.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Being consistent with posting and promoting my brands on multiple social media platforms. The more consistent you are on social media as far as posting, ads, etc., the more chances new faces can see your page. Then you will see more followers and converting into paying clients. Make sure that your posts reach your target audience.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Building your clientele starts with building those relationships. Do amazing work!
Rebook each client especially if you’re in a salon/spa setting.
Consistently promoting your platform on social media or any online setting.
Great referral program.
Attending networking events in your local area within your target audience.
