Joshua, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
To be successful you have to be willing to work well with others. To be willing to unlearn what you’ve learned in order to grow. You have to understand that comparing yourself brings you down and makes you want to compete rather than collaborating and growing with others.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Neighborhood photographer/videographer blog of acclaimed Savannah, Georgia- based photographer Joshua Anderson also known as “Seventeaan,” who has been creating since 2016. Josh’s style is best described as indescribable portraiture. He wants to progress in anyway shape or form. he does not do or have your typical portrait style of photography/videography. Each image or film that he releases to the public. It speaks a thousand words, most at which some can’t explain. Josh also does poetry which expresses a side of him that no one truly knows about. Soon one day he hopes to showcase both forms of art in galleries around the world !! Armed only with his trusty Sony A7iii with variety of lenses, Josh is earning his place among Savannah’s most respected photographers/filmmakers.
How’d you meet your business partner?
My first business partner, Is a childhood friend $ouf who is an artist in his own nature that does music and film. We’ve done plenty of projects over the past few years. It’s crazy how much we’ve grown since then. Then a met a new partner/friend last year name Solo who is an artist of his own known mainly for his photography. And last but not least our new member Lando who is known for photography/videography. His ideas are out of this world! Met the team (Souf Studios) !!
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
My goal is to be known for my film projects. To lead by example. To make people want to be like “I want my project similar to Seventeaan, I want Seventeaan to film my project!”
