For those who may not be familiar with me, let me share a more comprehensive picture of my creative journey, industry experiences, and the driving forces behind my multifaceted career. I began my creative path in the modeling industry, where I found inspiration in my older sister’s radiant beauty and confidence. As the main girl in many music videos within the Liberian community, I initially enjoyed the spotlight. However, as I witnessed the impact that industry had on young girls, I yearned to be remembered for more than just my face and body.
Driven by a desire for self-expression and a longing to make a lasting impact, I made a conscious decision to transition from being in front of the camera to working behind the scenes. This marked the beginning of my exploration into various creative disciplines. With a camera in hand, I ventured into photography, and my talent and dedication led to the remarkable achievement of having my first solo project published by Fangs Magazine.
While photography allowed me to capture captivating visuals, I also discovered a passion for other creative endeavors. Drawing upon the talents my mother had taught me, I delved into hair styling, utilizing my creative instincts to bring diverse hairstyles to life. This newfound love for creative expression opened doors to numerous opportunities, including directing my own music videos and organizing castings, enabling me to cultivate a multifaceted skill set.
In addition to these pursuits, I established my own creative studio called Bluprnt.cs, where I offered a range of services centered around creative direction. As the founder and creative director, I led the studio in providing innovative and impactful solutions to clients seeking to bring their creative visions to life. Through Bluprnt.cs, I offered expertise in visual storytelling, artistic direction, and project coordination, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.
This venture allowed me to further showcase my ability to blend creativity and technology, as I harnessed software tools and industry knowledge to amplify the impact of our creative direction services. The studio became a hub for collaboration, innovation, and the cultivation of unique artistic expressions.
As my journey unfolded, I continued to evolve and explore new avenues, including my experiences in software development and my time at American Express. These experiences, along with the establishment of Bluprnt.cs, have shaped me into a well-rounded creative professional capable of seamlessly integrating various disciplines and providing comprehensive solutions.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to unlearn was the mindset of seeking instant gratification. Growing up in a digital age, where social media reinforces the desire for immediate results, I found myself overlooking the value of patience. However, I gradually realized that true success and fulfillment require time, dedication, and perseverance. Embracing patience has allowed me to approach challenges with resilience, make thoughtful decisions, and appreciate the journey towards long-term goals. I now encourage others to understand the inherent value of delayed gratification and the rewards that come from investing time and effort into meaningful pursuits. Cultivating patience has been a transformative experience, teaching me the importance of perseverance, the beauty of the process, and the joy that comes from achieving goals through sustained effort
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I built my reputation within the market through a combination of social media engagement, attendance at job fairs, and local gatherings. Utilizing platforms like Instagram, I consistently shared my work and engaged with my audience to establish a strong online presence. Additionally, in-person interactions at events allowed me to network, showcase my skills, and forge meaningful connections. Consistency, authenticity, and active collaboration also played a significant role in solidifying my reputation as someone who delivers excellence and contributes value to the industry.
