Alright, Patricia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

My mission is to be able in one way or another to be a support for those people that do not have time or the knowledge of how to carry out a professional cleaning.

Also , helping people who are though circusmtances that emotionally prevent them from havin their house in order. it,s a satisfaction for me to contribute and help them to live in a healthy environment , physically and emotionally.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

For those who haven’t read about me yet, my name is Patricia Zambrano, I am the owner of RoyalCleanUp, Founded in November 2021.

Since I was very little, I liked to help my mother with the cleaning of the home, that’s how I grew up, enjoying cleaning and more than enjoying the process, I like the final result, having an impeccable house is peace. In addition, it is good for our health, both physical and emotional, to live in a clean and orderly environment.

As a mother, I know that it is difficult to keep the house tidy and even more so when we do not have the time that this task requires. A large percentage of my recurring clients have children and they love when cleaning day arrives.

Also, one of my most requested services are Move in/Move out, removals are chaotic and having a team that is in charge of cleaning your new home or the place where you are moving from is undoubtedly a great relief.

For me more than my work, this is my passion, I like being able to bring happiness to others and having them clean your house or your work area is satisfying. My team and I always give our best in each service because we do it with all the love in the world, I have learned that when we give the extra, many times, we win.
So don’t be surprised to see bows on toilet paper, towel swans, bows on kitchen towels or any other nice detail that adorns your home because when RoyalCleanUp arrives, you can feel the difference.

I am very proud of my clients because despite not being so many, I have the best and in this short time we have become a Family. There is a saying that says that you receive what you give and I can feel in return, all the love that I give to my clients every day. They have been a support for my professional growth and I will be eternally grateful to them.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

When I started with Royal, I didn’t have a job, I didn’t have many resources to invest in an invasive way, so my growth was very slow.

I remember being in a very difficult situation because I didn’t have enough clients to live from my business but I couldn’t look for a part-time job either because I didn’t have enough time to dedicate myself to extra work.

For a moment I was weighing up leaving Royal and looking for a job or continuing to work hard in the hope of growing up and not needing a job.

It was a very sad moment for me because it is difficult to pause a project or leave him.

So I made the best decision, continue with my most beautiful project, RoyalCleanUp, I worked hard and little by little I started to move forward. I’m not where I want to be yet but I look back and feel proud of all the way I’ve come.

In this process I understood that it is not about how fast you get there, the goal is to go far with patience, love for what you do and dedication. Who never gives up, always succeeds.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Google Ads has helped me get new clients, social networks like Facebook and Instagram too. You don’t have to have a very big budget, I think it’s important to know how to use these tools correctly to get the most out of them.
