Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Amera Fattah. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Amera, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
The question of success begins with just that: the question. What do YOU think it takes to be successful? In every way we ask the question, it is perceived only through us – regardless of who we ask, how we ask or why we ask.
The answer to the response will always vary and that is because success is a perspective. When we define success through metrics, it is attainable. When we define success as a perception, it is attractable. When we define success as a characteristic, it is accessible. What it takes to be successful is merely a switch of definition – because the question of asking what it takes insinuates that there is a lack to be received, rather than a perception to be believed.
What it takes to be successful is exactly what it gives to be successful. The perception of success is that one is all-encompassing of the definition of success. Simply in stating “I am successful,” the mindset is there, it’s just a matter of belief in the perceived definition, “am I successful?”
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
We don’t know what we don’t know. For every single thing we perceive as a fact, is a contrast of a perception.
For every single belief we perceive as a truth, is a limitation of imagination.
In saying we don’t know what we don’t know allows the mind to learn how to unlearn. Asking “what don’t I know about what I do know” creates an infinite list of questions we could potentially ask, and in always learning, we’re reteaching ourselves that what we do know is incomparable to what we don’t know.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Aura. Aura.
Aura.
There’s often a saying of “fake it ’til you make it,” In reputation, it’s about “believe it to receive it.”
What does a mindset have to do with reputation?
“Believe it to receive it” is creating a factual reality in my mindset so I can reflect such intention in any conversation and any connection. Building a reputation is about the baseline of my designed identity.
What are my default settings? What emotions are connected to the experience of me?
How is my presence perceived?
Our presence introduces us before our actuality.
Our reputation references us throughout every expectation.
How does aura help build a reputation within your market?
Imagine you’re a walking billboard. Tell me about your brand packaging? What’s it like to experience your identity?
An attractive aura is a magnet to marketing a radiant reputation.
