We were lucky to catch up with Daniel Johnson recently and have shared our conversation below.

Daniel , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today The more we talk about good leadership the more we think good leadership practices will spread and so we’d love for you to tell us a story about the best boss you’ve had and what they were like or what they did that was so great?

My mentor and long time friend who got me my start in the business is a gentleman named Ralph Patlan. He’s produced some incredible huge artists and he really took me under his wing and taught me skills I apply every day.

I’m a professional touring/studio musician. I got my first touring gig when I was 23 playing for one of the members of the band Korn.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

Definitely advertising on social media from a global standpoint
