Thank you for asking about a customer success story. I’m happy to share that I have been working with a client for a year now who has faced challenges in their daily activities due to a physical disability from a previous accident. They found me through my website, and after meeting with them and assessing their home, I took them on as a client. It was an opportunity for me to make a positive impact on their life. At first, my client struggled with walking and had to attend physical and occupational therapy 3-4 times a week. I provided support and encouragement throughout their healing process, even accompanying them to therapy appointments as a caregiver and advocate. As they continued with their therapy exercises at home, their progress was significant. They are now able to walk both inside and outside of their home! We were able to downgrade the level of care they required, which is exciting for all of us. It’s inspiring to see them push through their challenges and make progress, and I’m grateful to have been a part of their journey.

Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and providing excellent customer service while staying true to your mission and vision can significantly impact how others view your business. Similarly, my attitude, communication skills, and approach to client interactions have helped build my reputation within my market.
Networking is another important factor in making a positive reputation. However, I have learned that networking needs to have a clear purpose. Setting goals and having a mission for networking can help establish meaningful relationships that can benefit your business. Partnering with others can also help your business grow. Networking has been critical in building my reputation within my market.

As a companionship and home care service provider, I prioritize regular communication with my clients through various channels. I ensure they receive timely updates by sending periodic emails and keeping them subscribed to my website for any changes to services, policies, procedures, or office hours via email or text message. It is essential to conduct monthly meetings with current clients to align our care plans and conduct weekly check-ins since any changes in their level of care may require adjustments to their care plan, including increased services, frequency, or additional services. Moreover, it is imperative to check in every three to six months with former clients to ensure their well-being since leaving my agency. Finally, I inform potential clients about my business’s activities through marketing efforts on my website and social media pages. Staying connected with everyone I’ve met is essential, as someone may need services in the future.
