We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Fran Pedron a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Fran, thanks for joining us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
The idea came to me 2022ish … helping women elevate themselves It was delayed—death of spouse
Morphed into an updated idea, which is being executed into several platforms as I type.
As I dealt with my life change, I realized that these steps were nowhere to be found and they needed to be available.
Vulnerability and Safety Nets go hand-n-hand.
No one’s story is the same. I bring my story to life using resources and healing for others.
The blog has launched. The podcast is in the process stage. A new program for addressing emotions has been born.
My days are filled with time management – the bits and pieces of life in the living to put my passion into the hands and hearts of others.
At this point in life, I have had to regroup to rebirth, as you see the Phoenix rising out of the fire – that’s the picture of life, no matter what new venture is being launched, whether from trauma or not.
I had to get out of my way. Open my mind, while admitting I needed help to execute what I did not know in order for this baby to actually be birthed!
This birth is happening as I type.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Fran Pedron was born in Alaska & raised in Texas. She was born in a little fishing village west of the Yukon River, adopted at four months old, and grew up an hour out of Houston. She grew up hunting, fishing, and other stuff small town America offers. She experienced the wide open space America offers and the city life metropolitans are known to define.
After years of success in the business world, she was abruptly unemployed at the age of 43 due to corporate downsizing. Faced with the challenge of putting food on the table, paying bills, and living life as she had become accustomed, she was faced with the question, “What now?”
With abrupt change comes devastation, and Fran knew immediately that stability had to be put into place and didn’t know where to start. Like so many women she heard say—I cannot have what I desire most because… “I can’t make enough money to support myself.” “Who will hire me now?” “I am afraid to venture out” and so on. She knew her prior experience could be used to her advantage—and wanted to make sure women had answers before those statements were made. She knew where they were coming from, and she could turn her dreams into reality.
Out of that type of destruction, women can choose to design their lifestyle and live it with intentioned purpose—professionally and personally.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Whether you are building a team, as in network marketing, leading a team within your company, or have an outsourced team—if you don’t take time to get to know what they are about, you will never be able to “lead” them or know what their WIIFM is all about. WIIFM—the “what’s in it for ME” factor driving everything a person does.
Investing the time to “know” the workmate you are leading is the only way to build stability and rapport for staying power.
Training to be your replacement is always a bonus. The value is pure power!
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Knowing who is plugging into you, who your intended audience is, & what your market niche is all play an important part in the touch points.
I personally want my client-family to know “me” through my consistency. That consistency has to be the value I live personally and professionally.
Common sense says to treat your customer as if they were always your priority in keeping, growing & referring.
If you understand the business life cycle, you will understand your customer lifestyle, whether they are a reason or a season.
