Hello readers! My name is Karlton Walker, and I am excited to share some insights into our independent sneaker brand, IJF. Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about sneakers and aspired to create something truly unique in the industry.

I learned the art of hand-making sneakers from celebrity shoemaker Dominic Chambrone, also known as the “Shoe Surgeon”. Starting in my basement, I initially focused on crafting Jordans before deciding to create original sneakers. To further refine my skills, I took additional classes at the Chicago School of Shoe Making, resulting in the design and construction of three original sneaker models.
At IJF, we specialize in designing and manufacturing unique sneakers that merge style, comfort, and quality.
