Alright, Stacy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’re complete cheeseballs and so we love asking folks to share the most heartwarming moment from their career – do you have a touching moment you can share with us?
As a nurse, a mother, and a caretaker I have always believed in being of service to others. Then having been in an abusive Narcissistic relationship and surviving that experience. I now dedicate my life to helping others who are or have been in an abusive narcissistic relationship.
Stacy, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Stacy Carlin is a narcissistic abuse healing coach and natural-born caregiver who is using her own life experiences and extensive training to help others navigate their healing and transformation journeys. Also, a spiritual coach and mentor, Carlin is certified in narcissistic trauma-informed coaching and has more than 30 years of experience as a clinical nurse specialist, adding to her abilities to help heal others and give them the tools they need to avoid and escape destructive partnerships.
In addition to her one-on-one coaching and mentoring services, Carlin hosts the podcast, Taking Care of Number F*****g One, inspiring listeners to make the most of who they are and put the front and center of their own needs. She also recently released the book, Love & Boundaries After Narcissistic Abuse: YOUR Road to Recovery, helping people recognize the signs of narcissistic abuse. The book earned the endorsement of the famed medium Thomas John.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
I HELP my clients to regain their BOUNDARIES
• We have more power than we realize =the power of reaction or not too!!
• If something is terrible, YOU have the power to change it
• Learn how to heal
• Don’t cheat yourself out of life- it’s YOUR life!!
• We need to transcend and rise above challenges; I am seeing more and more people looking for the need for karma rather than choosing joy and moving on. *This will affect you both mentally and physically
• Focus on Experiences that allow us to learn through love and joy.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Through my journey, I have learned that only you yourself can control your feelings and happiness, which are yours to use, and to take hold of as I reflect. I longed for a companion, someone to share my life with, and fulfilled but instead of fulfillment and completeness, I went backward and lost myself to someone else.
I am a Jersey girl with an open spirit in a desire to help others navigate they’re healing and transformation journeys. Stacy has over 35 years of experience as a clinical nurse specialist and now she serves as a spiritual coach and mentor. She has a Healing presence, and a passion to help you move forward.
Stacy wrote this book for all who need confirmation, direction, or just healing. She uses her natural ability to tune in to the feelings of others to help them transform their lives. She has made it her mission to share her lifelong experiences and comprehensive research on narcissists and empaths to benefit others.
