We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jeramy Purley a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Jeramy , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
I appreciate all my customers. My repeat customers I randomly pick someone weekly and gift them an Exclusive Custom Made T-Shirt letting them know I’m Thankful. This just something that be on my Heart, and random Celebrities & People I see going through hard times,I just feel that if I create them something real nice that will make them special. That’s what keeps me smiling.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m 38, with many talents. My Mother Frankie Smith & My Father Wester Purley are the reason I got into this Industry.I learned to Love Fashion from them, all of their closets was always full of shoes and stuff fresh out the cleaners.I fell in love with it.My closets be the same way now especially now because I Design and Create everything thing I wear.If it ain’t custom made with My Brand Purley Clothing on it I’m not wearing it.The Top Brands are already Rich I’m not helping them get richer.I gave all those clothes away years ago Donated.Purley Distribution LLC is growing stronger by the day.I’m the go to guy for Custom Made Apparel & I ship worldwide.Working full time at Amazon, and I make Event T-Shirts when needed. They actually had an event today & my work speaks volumes because a new order coming off of those for a out of state event.I love putting smiles on people faces Fashion is definitely My Passion I don’t do it for Money.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience on social media off of being Consistent in everything I do.So when anyone look on my pages they will see T-Shirts and Apparel everyday Allday long.Consistency is the key, if you don’t take yourself serious then nobody else will.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
My ultimate goal is to have My own Warehouse Oneday. My mission is stay consistent no matter what and God will continue Blessing Me and I’ll keep serving my purpose daily.Me reaching that goal is gonna help me look out for others around me with jobs.
