Alright, Janee thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
What is Showtime Studios ? One of the music industry’s top performing arts studio in Commercial and Industry Dance! Showtime Studios has been around over 10+ years known for being home to the competitive dancers called The 615/256 Platinum Showstoppers . We since then grew and moved on from the competitive world to solely being a studio of performing arts Training in all genres of dance, acting , modeling and singing. Showtime Studios have hit the stage with Multiple Grammy Award winning artists; as well as current people in the Industry. Showtime Studios earned credits from artists such as Smiles , Trina, DJ Unk, Trick Daddy, Pretti Emage, KowKow and many more!
We decided to implement a professional dance training program that also offers Talent searching and job placement as well !
The overall experience to be on massive stages with 10,000 plus screaming fans is amazing; we are grateful to open so many doors and opportunities to the Tennessee Valley and North Alabama area

Showtime Studios was founded in the year 2012, in Nashville Tennessee. Since then we have officially launched our other locations In Huntsville, AL , What makes Showtime Studios unique and better than the rest is because of studio discipline and structure. Shadae and Janee Richardson have an image the studio must uphold especially by being apart of the music industry etc
Any advice for managing a team?
The best advice is to establish a standard from day 1 when they become part of your business, do not slack , or be nice or nonchalant about the expectations in order to maintain a high morale a lot of times no means no . Do not feel bad for anyone that can’t hold your business at a high caliber,

Showtime Studios was founded over 10+ years ago in Nashville Tennessee in a park ‘ yes a park no mirrors no restroom nothing ; we trained dancers outside , no matter if it was hot or cold or anything , we did that with No Building or physical location.. We pushed through practice outside that is the reason our studio motto is Blood, Sweat and tears we put in the work no matter what
