We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Gonzalo Di Primio a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Gonzalo thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
In March 2021, I arrived in Florida with the determination to transform my life. My family and I ventured on a journey to discover new horizons. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the prosperous economy and dynamic marketplace, permeated with a consumerist spirit. It was then that I realized that the conditions were ideal for starting any type of business. I had and still have the opportunity to interact with numerous entrepreneurs and companies with brilliant ideas. However, I also perceived serious obstacles in areas such as organization, human resources management, time optimization and administrative aspects, among others.
In a casual, yet significant way, people began to seek me out for my opinions and ideas on how to improve. Realizing that my comments were valued and taken into account, I decided to take a step forward and found my own business consulting firm. My goal was to provide help and solutions to those in need of guidance.
I am confident that, through my consulting firm, I will be able to contribute to the success and development of these companies. I am excited about the opportunity to work alongside entrepreneurs and organizations, sharing my experience and knowledge to drive their growth.

Gonzalo , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and my professional career has led me to work in various sectors and companies in different industries. I have had the opportunity to be part of a multinational bank and also of a family business. In addition, I have started my own businesses in different areas. These diverse experiences have shaped me and provided me with knowledge in multiple areas. In the last few years in Argentina, I focused on the field of communication and business creation. Before deciding to move to the United States, I set up a coworking space in a city on the outskirts of the capital, a novel idea for that time and place.
I have always been passionate about business and innovation. That’s why I founded Di Primio Consultant, a business consulting firm that offers a wide range of solutions. Our goal is to provide support to entrepreneurs, startups and early stage companies, as well as to those consolidated companies looking to expand.
At Di Primio Consultant, we provide advice and support in a variety of areas, including communication, human resources, business technical assistance, finance, organization and methods, business management, company start-ups, franchise marketing and business sales, among other services.
Our focus is to help our clients achieve their goals and overcome business challenges by providing solutions customized to their specific needs. We are committed to being a reliable partner and delivering tangible results that drive the success of the companies we work with.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Yes, of course. Here’s the story: After working for many years in the same technical industry, either as manager of a company and then founding my own, I decided to change direction. At that time I was dedicated to large civil security works (fire detection and extinguishing systems, computer center protection, electronic security, etc). It really demanded a lot of my time, but I liked what I was doing. Being always in front of my company and being linked with many people, I saw that many of these people/companies had a great difficulty of communication, either internal or external.
That’s when I decided to found Netadmin, a company that develops marketing and communication strategies, implementation of new technologies and operational management.
It was not only a very dynamic and fun experience in which we managed the communication and networks of many companies, but it also allowed me to cross borders, since I ended up building a great team of designers, programmers, editors, etc. in different parts of the world. Some of them are with me today in the consulting firm.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
With my communication company I was able to learn a lot about the subject. In networks, what really works is what is genuine, what is real; that is what the audience “buys”. What I mean by this? the audience wants your followers to be real, to think and exist; to feel!
There are countless proposals to acquire followers, likes and so on.
We don’t go that way!
We generate real content, for real followers, for potential contacts that we may possibly meet in the future, or simply people who are interested in reading us.
That’s why we grow day by day. We are not looking to add hundreds of followers in hours!
Our work is done with conscience! Ours is referential, that’s why most of our clients come recommended by others.
