Hi Morgan , thanks for joining us today. We’re complete cheeseballs and so we love asking folks to share the most heartwarming moment from their career – do you have a touching moment you can share with us?
I have a remarkable client in his 70s who approached me with a desire to improve his quality of life and get stronger. Struggling with structural scoliosis, he had been told countless times that weightlifting could worsen his condition. However, determined to overcome these obstacles, he placed his trust in me and we began our training journey together.
For the past 5 years, we have met three times a week, working diligently to defy the limitations imposed by his scoliosis. His dedication has been truly inspiring. He had never lifted weights before and he has made incredible progress. His posture has dramatically improved, and his once uneven and rounded shoulders are now a lot more pulled back and straightened out than before.
Through consistent training, he has developed the ability to perform squats, push-ups, rows, and deadlifts with confidence and control. This newfound strength has not only enhanced his physical capabilities but also contributed to his overall well-being. He has avoided some potentially hazardous falls, such as a memorable incident in his pantry when he slipped on a bag of onions. Thanks to our training, he was able to react swiftly, catching himself in a lunge and maintaining his balance.
This journey is a testament to the transformative power of exercise and the determination to overcome adversity. By committing to his training and defying the expectations set by his condition, my client has achieved remarkable results. His story serves as a reminder that age or physical limitations should never hinder one’s pursuit of a better life.

I have been privileged to work as a personal trainer for over a decade, helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. My journey in this industry began during my time in school at Florida State University, where I started working as a trainer. What initially started as a way to get in shape after leaving dance soon became a profound passion for me.
Fitness became more than just physical exercise; it became a vehicle for personal growth. It taught me invaluable lessons about self-improvement, hard work, determination, grit, and kindness. I came to understand that everyone is on their own unique journey, fighting battles we may know nothing about. This realization has shaped my approach to training and the services I provide.
Currently, I work with clients both in-person in South Florida and online through my coaching app. One of the core principles that sets me apart is my belief in individualization. No two clients are the same, and I recognize the importance of tailoring fitness programs to suit their unique needs. By understanding that each person has different goals, abilities, and circumstances, I can provide personalized solutions that yield meaningful results.
As a result of my degree in psychology, I possess a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. This knowledge enables me to connect with individuals of all personality types and empathize with the challenges they may face in adhering to their fitness journey. I believe that true transformation goes beyond physicality; it involves nurturing mental and emotional well-being as well.
My ultimate goal is to spread the gift of fitness and empower individuals to embrace a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle. I aim to show people that achieving their health and fitness goals doesn’t have to be complicated. By simplifying the process and focusing on long-term, healthy changes, I strive to help clients make lasting transformations.
What I am most proud of is the impact I’ve had on the lives of my clients. Witnessing their physical and mental transformations, observing their increased confidence and overall well-being, brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I am grateful for the opportunity to guide and support them on their individual fitness journeys.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Building a strong reputation within my market has required genuine connections with clients and a commitment to their well-being. For me, the key points that have helped me establish my reputation revolve around being fully present and understanding the needs of those I work with.
When I train a client, my focus is entirely on them. It goes beyond just observing their form; I pay attention to their facial expressions, body language, and overall energy. This level of attentiveness allows me to gain insights into their physical and emotional states, enabling me to tailor the training experience to their specific needs on that given day.
I believe that how someone feels during and after a session can have a profound impact on their overall experience and results. Therefore, I make it a point to ensure that my clients leave our sessions feeling better than when they started. It’s not just about the exercises and routines; it’s about creating a positive and uplifting environment that nurtures their overall well-being. I aim to create an atmosphere of trust and empathy, where individuals feel comfortable sharing their goals, concerns, and aspirations.
Ultimately, I believe that how people remember their time with me is not solely based on what I say or do, but rather on the way I make them feel. I want my clients, as well as anyone I work with, to experience a sense of positivity, encouragement, and empowerment. By fostering an uplifting and supportive environment, I aim to leave a lasting impression that extends beyond our training sessions.

A few years ago, I set out to create my own coaching app, but after a year of working with an app developer, the product didn’t work, and I lost a lot of money. My dream was to create a coaching app that could positively impact the health and fitness journeys of thousands of individuals no matter where they were located. This larger purpose fueled my resilience and pushed me to persevere. I regrouped, learned from the experience, and made the decision to keep trying. I was determined to overcome the obstacles and challenges that stood in the way of my vision. It was a testament to my strong belief in the transformative power of my coaching and its potential to make a difference.
Today, I am overjoyed to say that my resilience paid off. I have successfully built and launched my coaching app, which now serves as a platform for delivering personalized workout and nutrition plans to a wide range of online clients. The app has become a beacon of support, guidance, and motivation for individuals on their fitness journeys.
This story of resilience is a reminder that setbacks and failures are not indicative of our capabilities. It is during these challenging moments that our true strength is revealed.
