We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Joshua Haggerty a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Joshua, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Resilience! It’s the only motivation that you can’t teach you have to have it, or you don’t.

Just because they can’t do it, doesn’t mean it won’t get done. When you allow other ppl fears to outshine your own mindset is the opposite of a leader.

Be out of the box, be realistic, but be unforgiving in your actions! Learn from lessons and continue to grow you only lose, when you quit.

Joshua, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

ViralSitez LLC was created to highlight small business owners nationwide, in a way that would normally come with a big expensive price tag via custom website design and management.

Our mission is to become the number one place to help solve big disturbing efficiency problems, including our newest division via local LTL and last mile (on demand) or dedicated delivery.

We achieved great success within this space for many local and regional clients and will continue to build on top of this value.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Don’t listen to anyone (friends, family, ppl that may do the same thing as you) that’s not in your industry and currently successful beyond just hype, but actually in business and has the clients and the company via revenue growth to prove it.

Any fun sales or marketing stories?

People don’t do business with people who they don’t trust. There is a reason why ppl give out samples.

All deals will not be equal, some require relationship building this gose for B2b and b2c. However both relationships are built very different, the foundation must be layered with trust and that can take time especially when it comes to measuring retention.
