A time I was at the grocery store checking out and was talking to the young cashier who seemed like he may have had mental difficulties based on the content of conversation and his speed of speaking. I asked him how he was doing and he commenced to talk about many things like about his mother taking him to the hospital for his meds, what his meds made him feel, his doctors, and repeatedly talking about his mother.
