Hi Joseph, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
The first risk in my life is when I decided to be self dependent at the underage to work. I was 14 or 15 and away from my family in the middle of the desert for 3 years to support myself and family. I got a job at a large company that works on the extraction of oil and gas resources.
The second risk was I joined the military at 18 years old because I like new experiences and I risked become a soldier.
The third time was when I was twenty three years old man and I decided to Traveling and learning about different cultures with different people. I piked up my backpack, map and couple books to move to different city and country.
I moved to refugee camp for 5 years and I experienced living by myself and learning how How can I become stronger.
Last risked was when I decided to moved to USA without money, education, and English language.
I risked to move in USA because I believe You will not succeed without taking risks.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m a survivor from war, violence and Refugee camp, I experienced a lot challenging times and difficult situation in my life and I worked hard to achieve my dreams. I’m a life coach and Recovery Coach. I work for human services organization to support the people in Boston MA.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I learned about success, The idea that success is only measured by achievements is a common belief in our society. From a young age, we are often taught that success is defined by external accomplishments,
such as possessions , winning awards, buying a new car, house or landing a high-paying job. This belief can
put a tremendous amount of pressure on individuals to constantly strive for success and achieve certain milestones, often at the expense of their well-being and happiness.
However, success is not limited to external achievements, and it can be defined in many different ways. Success can be personal and subjective, depending on an individual!’s values, goals, and aspirations

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
chalenges and difficulties can play a significant role in shaping our identities and experiences. although i faced obstacles and setbacks in my chosen profession, these experiences provided me valuable learning opportunities and contribute to my personal growth. So my response is Yes. As I overcame these obstacles, they formed me in a way i am right now.
