We recently connected with Josephine Lyness and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Josephine thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
The best thing I’ve done for a customer is make them feel confident within their photos that I’ve taken, the best part of my job is boosting people’s personalities and feelings surrounding photography

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I first got into photography by taking a high school class and I just grew from there, it all started with taking photos of my friends and family and then evolved to friends of friends and now clients!

Can you open up about how you funded your business?
My business was started by a graduation gift and graduation money out of high school, that’s where it all began.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I use hashtags and like to consistently post my photos
