Travis, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?
It’s actually quite a beautiful story, 12 years ago once I got out of the Marine Corps honorably discharged the world wasn’t ready nor entuned with balance in general. I went into the gym already being superstrong from the Marine Corps dead lifting 400lb leg pressing 900lb pounds at a 135 pounds of my body weight. But being green it just wasn’t satisfying. So I went around and started touching everything that was collecting dust i.e Foam rollers,medicine balls, steps, kettlebells dumbells the world was heavy on machines in 2011. And once I started stacking them and jumping on them the artist inside of me just came alive. 12 years later I have over 20000 original moves and I don’t think there will be anybody who could ever create something on the basic gym items that I haven’t already done decade ago. To the point I got kicked out of every single gym in the city where I was born and raised in period now the pistol squad is in the crossfit games the pistol squat is in many exercise fitness programs worldwide. I have crossed all communities of fitness from yoga, crossfit, calisthenic, balance, martial arts, sports, dance. To the point where I do them all as well and now I teach teachers and train trainers. I have written 7 books with 5 more on the way. I am a true humanitarian driven individual that I don’t see anybody matching my energy or knowledge in the world today.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
After 12 years of every single day self taught self motivated no classes no lessons no teachers perit I now keep physics at the human body level. Everybody understanding that we live in a human body. Those things we do not argue about so we have to establish the rules on Earth and the rules in our body. That is what I teach before your needs are once on Earth. You must understand your body takes you to where you need to go to make the money to have the vacation to have the fun . Pro perception, atmospheric pressure, folk room, kinetic chain that is the magic trick to life.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
After getting out of the Marine Corps and having a combat deployment I am a 100% when it comes to P TSD from the veterans affairs. I have a knee replacement with one plate and 4 screws I have a broken dominant femur 1 rod 4 screws. I have a broken right arm 2 plates 10²s, scoliosis, sciatica, anxiety, depression, tendonitis involved my risk, tinnitus in both my ears, And with all that being said I have done all my own therapy from the Google method. I have gotten back bigger faster and stronger every single time also captured the world record. Several world records every time I break something I work the opposite part. I am the ultimate therapist. I wake up feeling like a million bucks not like I got hit by a truck. I have the only sleep menu in the entire world no doctor no therapist no chiropractor no spying doctor. I have single Handley solved scoliosis And the humanitarian award is My goal

Can you open up about how you managed the initial funding?
I think that’s the most beautiful part of my story is one of my ” Give something from your heart not your pockets. Time is not money time is life. The information that I have acquired to my journey there is no price that can be put the majority of my books I have given more than I’ve ever sold. If you do not apply the knowledge it doesn’t matter what you read. That’s why I tell people how many motivational memes does it take for you to share to be motivated. There is no secret Burpee or there is no special tomato. Everything you do is a placebo so be nice to yourself. You need food and water to survive that’s it. I have traveled around the world train professional athletes teams, And I represent over 5000 brands that do not pay me. Once you find why you’re on the planet money is not a driving force if you are or not gonna be successful.
