Hi In house, thanks for joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
A dream…. back in the day we had a small group of friends who would get together and play around with beat making and rapping. eventually it became easier for us so as a group we decided to go on the road, sharing stages with pastor troy, Ying yang Twins, Trina, Trick Daddy and T Pain. As we got older life happen and the group ultimately had to split up. but the dream never went away for us we always knew we would be famous!!!!!

As Lamont Baker Khalil Hughes and Ron Burns got wiser and kids got older, they had more time on their hands and decided it was time to get the band back together!!!! So, there we were three men with a dream and high hopes of becoming the next New No Limit. And boom we created In House Recordz LLC , And BELIEEVEE DAAATTT Ent. We are all different in our own abilities and when we come together, we sharpen each other’s talents for instance Lamont is the head strong and focused one he is the one that keeps the business going and Khalil transfers good vibes to everyone and is lyrical Ron keeps his head to the ground always listening out for the right beats and sounds is a great A&R and vocalist. together with our minds we form nothing you could ever imagine. creating over 20 songs in one month with our own videos with views in the 2,oo0s . we have nowhere but up to go.
How’d you meet your business partner?
Lamont Baker and Khalil Hughes has known each other since 1994 in Florida where Lamont visited frequently during summers in Rochester Ron Burns came later, they were all lived near each other. And soon found out they all have a passion for music not long after they became brothers with a dream of creating music for others and sharing life experiences. It definitely wasn’t an easy road but as we got older it just made since we were all working and had decent income. we all came together with means and a passion and In House Recordz and BELIEEVEE DAAATTT Ent. was created.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
lack of money, networking, resources, etc… If you can name it, we’ve been through it. And as crazy as it sounds, these are the reasons that brought us closer. without those obstacles, In House Recordz BELIEEVEE DAAATTT Ent team Probably wouldn’t have the drive and communication skills that we have today if it wasn’t for the obstacles, we had to overcome we would not be so close to our dream now.
