We recently connected with Cathryn Cepeda and have shared our conversation below.
Cathryn, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
We take time to personalize each order with one goal in mind; love and intention! Every item we sell has very specific intentions that resonate with each individual differently. Once an order is placed, we reach out to review details of the order and ensure we are sending what is needed most. There was once a lady who placed an order for her daughter’s birthday. After reaching out to see about gift wrapping and sizing, we found that her daughter had recently become interested in crystals. We talked with the mother, switched out a few items that we felt her daughter would enjoy more, matched them with detailed intention cards, added 4-5 raw crystals free of charge to add to her new collection, and overnighted the package to her! This is an example of how much we appreciate every order! We were so excited to hear her young, 13 year old daughter’s new interest in crystals and the fact that she chose us to purchase her birthday gift from! Taking the extra step to make it that much more special felt natural.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
We are fun loving sisters that enjoy laughing, music, crystals, spirituality, and spreading love wherever we go. Cathryn has a passion for Reiki and energy healing while Stefani has a passion for creating and spreading love.
It was 2020 and Covid just hit. With all the new free time we had during quarantine, we learned about crystals, energy healing, how to connect with archangels and spirit guides, and how to open up our spiritual abilities. From there it grew into using crystals and energy healing to help ourselves and loved ones heal. It helped us so much we turned it into a business to help others! Now we get to spend our days doing something we love.
We provide Reiki, psychic services, protective and cleansing services, and a variety of reiki-infused crystal items ranging from crystals, bracelets, jewelry and more!
In our opinion, there is no problem we don’t solve. We’ve helped people from in a variety of ways ranging from emotional, mental, to physical healing.
We set ourselves apart from others by making our products and services convenient, affordable, and simply put, not intimidating. We set very specific intentions for each of our items, clear the bad energy from the crystals, infuse them with Reiki energy healing, charge them, place them in bags with added kyanite or selenite, and include the specific intention card and/or instructions for each item we sell. We are also able to intuitively pull what you need if you aren’t sure. Our goal of helping others is the key driver to all that we do.
We are most proud of our ability to infuse Reiki in everything we do. We understand the power of energy healing and Cathryn has taken time to master the craft of Reiki and several types of energy healing techniques. Cathryn is always looking for new information and skills to help herself and others.
Energy healing is REAL! You don’t have to believe in it for it to work! Love is the foundation of everything we do and we want to share this with as many people as possible!


Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Being an entrepreneur is not always easy. Owning and running your own business can be extremely stressful in many ways. We’ve found ourselves learning new techniques, learning how to market and grow our business, learning how to take and edit product shots, all while trying to heal ourselves and maintain. It can be overwhelming and difficult. There are days when we want to quit. But then someone will book a Reiki session and will be in tears afterwards because they’r so grateful. Or someone will absolutely love a bracelet and we will see their energy light up! It is in those moments that reassure us to not quit on our passion!


What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Trying new things can be very intimidating and uncomfortable. But what if your cousin, girlfriend, or favorite co-worker told you they healed 15 years worth of trauma in a 20-minute Reiki session? I am sure that this would at least spark your interests and it does for many people who were referred to us! We’ve met many new clients who were referred to us by someone who was genuinely healed by our services and/or products which, is definitely our best source for new clients. We also love to get in front of new, potential clients! This means pop-ups! This is a wonderful opportunity to get hands on and show people what energy healing is about.
