Stanley Junior, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success is a concept that is different for each person. Whether it’s having a great career, a home or a family, success is something everyone strives for, to succeed it takes courage, good conduct, mutual respect, wisdom, humility. It takes a lot of dedication to succeed. Be motivated and passionate, always show up and be ready to learn new things with a positive attitude and mindset. Set goals and practice self-discipline.
When you achieve your goals, it makes you proud, your motive to do well, and lets you know you’ve made an impact in a competitive world.

JleyNews Entertainment was founded in 2015 by Stanley Jr Lundy, who fell in love with music and entertainment, which inspired him to pursue his passion. JleyNews Entertainment is a media-based that disseminates news, promotional messages, promotes events, and other data. With the collaboration of local entertainers in his community, he made his way to the top, covering significant events. His most excellent satisfaction was in 2016 & 2017 when he won two times the Best Promo Team Award at the HMI MUSIC AWARDS. Furthermore, he was invited to Morocco to cover the largest Moroccan festival, VISA FOR MUSIC in November 2017.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Currently we live in a computerized world, technology advances all you do is informatics for me the most effective strategy is Social media and website marketing are two of the most effective ways. Make sure that your website and social media pages convey your brand identity and personality. Make sure that these platforms are updated regularly as well.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
for managing a team and maintaining high morale we need those things : Better communication and collaboration with your employees
Stronger relationships with customers, and suppliers
Establish yourself as an employer that values its employees
Train your managers to become better coaches
Help your people develop–both personally and professionally
Show employees how much you appreciate them
