Alright, George thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
High caliber service providers help a clay shooting company load up on value
A clay shooting supply company was founded by a father and son who shared a passion for shooting sports. As their hobby grew, they decided to take it to the next level and start importing and selling ammunition. After only a few years, the company had gained enough traction that they needed to put processes and systems in place to ensure the sustainability of the business.
To help them with this task, the owners hired MB Group as their new bookkeeper. MB Group then referred Frameworks Consulting with the goal of developing strategies and solutions that would increase the overall value of their business. Frameworks Consulting focused on streamlining operations, cutting costs, and creating an efficient organizational culture. This also meant that other providers needed to be brought in for projects and ongoing needs. This is where Frameworks Consortium came in.
Frameworks Consortium is a group of Fractional C-Suite Advisors and thoroughly screened service providers who collaborate to help small and medium businesses achieve success. By consolidating all business objectives under one roof, Frameworks Consortium fills the gap between identifying the need for improvement and taking action to generate momentum for your business. The C-Suite advisors keep track of monthly metrics to ensure clients are continually progressing.
Frameworks Consortium was able to orchestrate the transformation that the client needed to achieve that next level of growth by bringing in Vetted experts at key inflection points and managing the change process for the client. Along with the MB Group, another Vetted Service Provider, Sagiss IT, was brought in to manage server and email migration.
Within just a few months of working together, the client saw significant improvements in their operations. They could now manage orders more easily and efficiently than ever before. Additionally, they were able to reduce costs through better inventory management and streamlined processes in other departments such as accounting and customer service. When the time was right, Frameworks enlisted the help of Frameworks Consortium’s Chief Revenue Officer, Tim Kiernan, to assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to gain more market share and expand their reach.
Through the management of Frameworks Consortium’s program, each Vetted Service Provider was able to operate on the same page. Any issues were more quickly worked out since all those involved were operating as one team. This streamlined approach increased efficiency and allowed them to reach their goals faster.
Thanks to the assistance of Frameworks Consulting and MB Group, as well as Sagiss IT and other Vetted Service Providers, the client company was able to grow at a steady pace. They’ve since added new products and markets, and they continue to provide quality goods and services to their customers while ensuring sustained profitability.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
My business and literary works have been most significantly impacted by the research done by Michael Porter and the philosophies of Ray Dalio. The two fit together to guide how I consult with my cleints on their business, their management, and the culture of their company. Of course there are other principles that have guided my offering; from personal experiences in business and in the Navy as well as those that could be attributed to other professionals in my network.
Michael Porter’s research has led me to view strategy differently — as a process and not a static goal. His books such as Competitive Advantage and Strategies for Competitive Advantage are two of the most influential pieces I’ve ever read and continue to shape the way I approach business situations. His focus on value creation, market analysis, and competitive positioning has been invaluable in my consulting practice.
Ray Dalio’s philosophy of “radical transparency” has been similarly influential in how I approach business. He encourages a culture of open communication and understanding between employees, which is something that can be difficult to achieve but critical for success. His book Principles is one of the most important books I’ve read as it taught me to embrace decision-making with confidence and humility.
These two business giants have helped shape my understanding of the ever-evolving world of management and entrepreneurship, which I will continue to draw on as I continue to counsel businesses in their strategy and operations. They provide invaluable frameworks for how to think about business decisions, as well as how to foster an effective culture within a company. To me, my work is about creating a better world for businesses and their stakeholders, and I owe much of that to Michael Porter and Ray Dalio.
I’m also heavily influenced by the works of Peter Drucker, Jim Collins, Seth Godin, and Steve Jobs — all industry leaders in their own right who have significantly impacted my thinking about management and business. The books, articles and videos from all of these professionals have had a lasting impact on me, both personally and professionally. I am consistently inspired by their knowledge and wisdom as I continue to learn more about the art of leadership and strive to become an effective leader myself.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty by consistently engaging with them on a variety of platforms. For example, I have weekly calls or email updates for project-based clients, monthly informative events open to existing clients, future clients, and service providers, and an online community portal where clients can chat, participate in forum discussions, and view online presentation. These activities help me to stay connected with my current customers as well as build relationships with potential customers.
Additionally, these activities provide value to customers by giving them the opportunity to interact with each other and learn more about my services through educational content. This helps to create a sense of community and trust between myself and my customers that leads to stronger customer loyalty. Furthermore, it enables me to better understand the needs of my customers which helps me to refine my strategies and services accordingly.
Finally, I also use social media channels such as LinkedIn for promoting my brand content and services. This allows me to increase visibility for my business while also providing helpful tips or relatable stories that can serve as another outlet for staying connected with existing customers. All in all, these tactics are essential for maintaining customer relationships while growing a successful business.
