We recently connected with Chloe Frangos and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Chloe thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
Growing up it was just me and my mom. My mom has been and always will be my biggest supporter, no matter what endeavors I wanted to embark on, she always gave me the thumbs up and encouraged me to do it. Iv wanted to be everything from a pro surfer, to an interior designer, yoga teacher, Enagic distributor, and now holistic health coach. Because I always had her rooting for me it gave me the courage and space to try it out and decide it if was actually something I wanted to pursue or if I just liked the “idea” of it more. She always made me feel that I was capable of anything I set my mind to. With this type of support, I was able to figure out what exactly makes my heart happy and fulfilled. Had she forced me to stick with one thing or not believed in me, I don’t know if I would have found the love for teaching yoga and becoming a health coach. Through trial and error, I have found that helping people and guiding them toward living happier healthier lives is my calling. And who knows maybe in a few years I’ll decide to go for something else, but I know my mom will have my back no matter what I choose.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Well, first off, my name is Chloe, and I just celebrated my 28th year around the sun on 4/4/22. ;)
I have roots in Hawaii, but I’ve been living and growing in San Diego for the last seven years and teaching yoga for six. I can remember the first couple of yoga classes I took. I felt so alive, revived, and empowered afterward. I thought to myself, ” wow, other people need to experience this feeling.” So I chose to teach yoga and extend my love, creativity, and appreciation for the practice outwards. I instruct at Yoga Box here in San Diego seven times a week. Since then, I have developed and led wellness workshops and social clubs and emersed myself in the community while cultivating fantastic friendships. Yoga was the catalyst for my other entrepreneurial endeavors. As I began to lean more into the health and wellness industry, I came across a company called Enagic. The company is the worlds leading manufacturer of water ionizers that provide hydrogen and antioxidant-rich water, and they stand by the belief in true mental, physical and financial health. It ticked off all my boxes of what I believed in. So, I became a distributor or Hydration Specialist, if you will. I will not drink water other than “electrolyzed reduced water” because proper hydration is paramount. For the body and cells to perform at optimal levels, this is the only H2O I trust. You can learn more about it on my website at – thesunseaandme.com
Since then, I plunged deeper into the world of wellness and enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Health (IIN) to become a certified holistic health coach. I am seeing clients and couldn’t be more excited to work alongside, support, and assist individuals in helping themselves achieve and uphold their health and wellness dreams.
When you work with me, we will explore the best route for you personally to maintain or restore a vibrant way of living. I believe we can live an extraordinary life without dis-ease by being conscious of what we consume, not just on our plate but off it. It makes such a difference to the quality of our lives. We will touch on everything from nutrition, relationships, home environment, joy, physical activity, spirituality, and more to find balance and harmony in life. This is more than a passion, it is an expedition to uncover the very best version of ourselves, and in the process, our transformation will create a positive wave for the rest world.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy iv found is simple, be yourself. I strive to be authentic and raw with clients and students and find that it attracts specific people into my life or business at exactly the right time. When you show up genuine and real there’s nothing to hide, and clients will see YOU for who you are and know what to expect when working together. The second most effective strategy is staying consistent with the value you share either on social media, blog posts, newsletters, etc Consistency is key!

If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
I wouldn’t change a thing when it comes to choosing another profession. I have made the most incredible connections and grew in ways I never would have, had I not chosen the path of wellness. Personal development is priceless and I continue to learn and be inspired each day. If I can make a positive impact on someone else’s life by sharing the knowledge I aquire, then my heart will be full. I don’t like to look back unless its to reconzie how far iv come and be proud of where I am today. There will always be new information to absorb and professions to uncover. If there’s ever something different that sparks my interest, and if that takes me down a new path.. then let the adventure begin.
