Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tiffany Womack. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tiffany, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s go back in time to when you were an intern or apprentice – what’s an interesting story you can share from that stage of your career?
How bad do you want it? I remember being in my tax guy’s office and it was complete pandemonium! The admin in me kicked in & I started making copies of documents and driver’s licenses. I was putting the info in file folders and had used the last one. I remember thinking WOW, there are 100 folders in the box, and I know how much I’m getting charged, imagine that times 100!! The light bulbs quickly went off and I ended up interning with Mr. Arthur and Denise for the next 3 tax seasons FOR FREE because I realized the income potential would be life-changing. That being said, never be afraid to put your pride-to-the-side and take an internship if you have a vision and can see the potential. Think about people like DJ Drama & Diddy who got their start as interns and went on to make millions!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Tiffany Womack. Founder & CEO of Most Wanted Financial. A financial services firm that specializes in tailor-made strategies in business, credit and taxes. Whether personal and/or business credit or taxes, we are here to help guide you to maximizing and capitalizing on a personalized solution to fit your needs and help you reach your financial goals, in addition to helping start-ups navigate and nurture their business into profitable growth.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
For Most Wanted, I think what helped build our reputation in the marketplace was first, my knowledge of the industry. I’m extremely passionate about educating and helping people with their business, credit and taxes, and it resonates whenever I start talking. These are sometimes sticky or embarrassing subjects so I try to make it interesting and entertaining so our clients feel more comfortable and confident talking and sharing. Also, I tried to build a brand that not only myself, but my team members and clients could be proud of. For the last 8-10 years my name has become interchangeable with “Most Wanted” and with that our clients know they are working with a company that is reputable, knowledgeable and has their best interest at hand from our almost 20 years of experience.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
At Most Wanted, we take pride in “teaching you how to fish” and are excited to have over 30 virtual agents. Over the years, we have lost a few, who just lost the passion for taxes/credit, but for the most part we still have many of the agents who were in our first class. Not only is the compensation important, but building a family environment and having a brand/company the team can be proud of is key! Many of our agents have even invited their family and friends to join the team. We preach and teach a legacy mindset and the goal is for our team members to open their own branch/location with their family & friends to truly build a legacy business. We’ve had husband/wife teams, mother/son and daughter/daddy agents, as well as sisters & longtime friends all coming together to serve their communities while making some money, Now THAT’S a #WinWin!!
