We were lucky to catch up with Alicia Rodriguez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alicia, appreciate you joining us today. One of the toughest things about entrepreneurship is that there is almost always unexpected problems that come up – problems that you often can’t read about in advance, can’t prepare for, etc. Have you had such and experience and if so, can you tell us the story of one of those unexpected problems you’ve encountered?
During the implementation of programs aimed at the entrepreneurship sector, I understood that entrepreneurs are very clear about what they want to do but do not know the details of how they should implement their idea and are unaware of important issues such as business management, this fact increases in women who, due to educational, cultural and even time management issues, find it difficult to achieve their goals; This is how MUJERONES Lab, a business school, was born for women entrepreneurs through which we help them with training and mentoring to go from being entrepreneurs to businesswomen.
Alicia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have more than 15 years of experience in my three areas of expertise which are sales, marketing and innovation. During this process I have developed the MONEY methodology, so that you can monetize your business now.
From now on we will work based on creating your own profitable and scalable business model.

Due to the nature of a 1 on 1 mentoring service provider, and as a speaker of my business, growing the market can represent a challenge, which is why one of the strategies I apply to generate new income and reach a larger audience is sales. of digital products that help entrepreneurs on their own path towards the success of their business, thus two new proposals were born: an online course on sales techniques called “Prepare to Sell” which is currently available on my website www.aliciainbusiness. com and my first published book “How to have a business that pays for your vacations?” available on Amazon.
This strategy has allowed me to expand my client base and offer different proposals that adapt to the needs of the entrepreneur, reaching a larger market at different times and through different channels.
How did you build your audience on social media?
To grow your audience on any digital channel, you need to understand very well what kind of problem you are helping your client to solve, this will allow you to define the profile of that person who needs and understands what you offer, it is a practical way to overcome the competition and establish direct communication with your ideal client.
Being honest in our intention to help the client with our product or service is what will make the decision to close the deal and overcome other objections such as the price or the comparison with other options on the market.
