Jequan, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?

I always have an eye for fashion. I never knew I could make a full-time living off of being a fashion infilencer/content creator. I remember looking at other bloggers and in my mind I was thinking, I can really do this. It was the Lord that gave me the desire to persue fashion. I am praying that he takes me far because I know he could do it and I believe I could.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

No matter what the obstacle is, you just have to believe and trust God on your journey. When you are passionate about something, you are going to keep going anyways. I just enjoy the process and not focus on the end goal.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Being able to speak the word of God and being a light to others through my craft is very rewarding.
