We were lucky to catch up with Becca Grabinski recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Becca thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.

As a little girl, I always felt what I wanted was possible. I am all about, when we feel called to jump even though we don’t know if it will work. I created an incredible business sharing my love and knowledge for holistic ways to support our health. I was good at it. I helped thousands of people. I set the vision that this was my path. My spirit had other plans. My intuition was guiding me towards helping people move beyond limitations into the life and business they really desire. I felt crushed that the vision I had created was evolving. I was still holding the societal story that we find the thing and stay there long term. I didn’t feel ready or prepared to walk this path of me as the product. Me at the source of people’s results. I jumped once I found some inner stability, but still feeling a ton of fears and limiting stories. I dove deeper into growing faster than all my clients grew. This still works today. That I never stop investing in myself. That I am a student of life. That I show up fully and authentically myself. This jump and trusting myself has created and epic life. I continue to help amazing humans step into their best version of them. I am obsessed with authentic and aligned success. Where we feel peace over stress and still get what we want – and sometimes (most of the time), way better.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I am incredible at seeing the small tweaks of limitation people put on themselves and their life that is blocking their extraordinary life. We are natural creators, but most do not realize how to change energy to create effectively. I help people one on one in my VIP program, I have group mentorship in spiritual growth as well as business growth, and an up and coming program to walk through the foundational aspects of creating extraordinary. I live fully what I teach. I share the depths of my journey through the process. The transformation is equal to the height of your deepest dreams locked up in your heart.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

The pivot to me is directly related to the whisper of my intuition. The more I follow it the more success I create. Even when it doesn’t make sense. At the beginning of the year I felt called to cut out half of my business and create a lot more clarity and simplicity. I cleaned up my business and removed all that were making me feel exhausted. Exhaustion is misalignment and misalignment erodes success. I looked deeper into what I needed to heal and release to create this next level of business to be more ease and flow while helping more people.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Show up as you instead of what you think people want to see. My favorite question is – If you didn’t know how it was done, what would you do. I have built up my instagram to over 60,000 and it is still growing rapidly by 1. speaking to the person I most want to serve. 2. Consistent daily positing of reels, stories, and posts. 3. Showing the real version of me. The more we do anything the better we get. When you decide to be successful and fully show up, you will be.
