Hi Sindhura, thanks for joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Definitely Passion towards your work and then a lot of patience. There will be times when you feel like you are going nowhere even though you are doing everything you can, Do not give up. Look for a door of opportunity that you haven’t seen yet or tried to open.

My journey as an Esthetician began 4 years ago with the intention to help people feel confident and love the skin they are in.After working in couple of different settings with in esthetics world , I realised i needed to have my own place to do things my way and started Ritzy skin studio in middle of global pandemic . Here begins my journey as a solo esthetician and a small business owner ,which wasn’t easy. I would say I have dealt with a lot of hardships in the beginning of this journey with the pandemic happening . 2 years down the road and I am happy where am … being a small business owner is having a 24/7 job. But everyday when i go to work , i feel great and excited to see and help my clients reach their skin care goals. It just gives me a lot of energy when i hear clients appreciating my services and letting me know that they have see positive results after service and are recommending me to their friends and family . I choose my hands and knowledge over any equipment in the industry . Equipment changes but not the art in my hands. I put most of my time towards learning more facial massage techniques .My facial massages & my skincare knowledge are what makes me stand out from others. I specialize in sculptural and buccal facial massage . My way of treating my client is educating them on their skin condition , regimen and working gently but effectively.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Always follow up with the clients , make sure they are educated with the products and procedures performed .
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
your work speaks for you! word of mouth /client refferals has been everything to me .Focusing on what client says about their skincare plays a major role in educating and treating them . follow up with clients after they got the service done. make sure to answer all their questions . social media is important to build clientele . make sure you are posting your work on your social media accounts
