Jeremy, appreciate you joining us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
Between the year of 2020-2021 I invested over 200k in new business ventures. I started in the restaurant business, beauty industry, real estate, Dog industry, and not mention giving a friend a bunch of money to invest in a business I had no business in. Aww yeah and I loss 200k. Going into deal will probably take an entire new article! So I just leave you guys with this.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Well in 2015 I was working for a company called central security. One day I approached this gentleman to solicit my services of alarm monitoring. He was walking out of a tax office into his car (Mercedes s550) which was my dream car at the time. In that brief conversation I found out that he paid for his alarm system for the whole year with another company (which made me Curious because I never heard of people paying bills annually) and that I need to be in this industry myself making noise. The rest is history!
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I went to clinical trial to fund the start of my tax business in 2017. A good friend of mine told me about it 2015. I needed funding so I Google clinical trial in dallas. .If you don’t know what that is google it. They pay you to administer drugs to you that haven’t hit the market yet for money. I used that money as a down payment to my first office suite in Arlington Texas.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Doing clean business. I pride myself in taking care of the client at all cost. I understand that without clients I can’t take care of my family. I need to take car e of what takes care of me.
