We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kaleb McNack-Williams a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Kaleb , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

I was working at a school, not really liking the job but it was paying the bills and helping me stay busy. Until a local brand (The BMW COLLECTION) contacted me to model for them, I didn’t think much of it I just knew they liked how I dressed.I didn’t expect for that first photo shoot to spark an interest that would get me to where I am today. I absolutely loved every aspect of the photoshoot I was able to recognize quite soon that fashion is something I must pursue.

Kaleb , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

So my introduction into fashion was modeling,I modeled for fun not really intentionally at first. Cause how do you figure out exactly what you want unless you experience it, so the more I modeled and began styling the projects I was apart of I begin to realize this is something I truly love. I am able to offer my clients comfortability in stepping out of their normal comfort zone by accomplishing their vision but also adding refining touches to their style. I can make anything possible with fashion, any look recreation, original looks or just making the impossible, possible.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect is setting a client actually fall in love with what we were able to build, for instance being able to bring a clients birthday look to life because it’s such a momentous occasion and providing them with their exact vision is extremely heart warming

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

The statement of “Look good, Feel good” has always been my driving force. I interpret as if your appearance is within your own personal liking there is nothing that can bring you down. Cause I know when I’m fitted to the T no one can rain on my parade and the day is just brighter. I know how I feel when I’m not feeling presentable, it affects my mood entirely. But if I could spread that message one outfit at a time everyone in the world can love themselves better.
