We recently connected with Jarod Farina and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Jarod thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
A mission to bring the fine dining element to cannabis industry.
I have always shared a love for both great food and cannabis, but it wasn’t until about 8 years ago that I realized how these two would become fused together into a niche business. My wife and I travel the world and love to visit top restaurants all around, we consider this our research. Every time we return home from one of our epic food exploration trips we bring back new flavor profiles, techniques, and styles to our kitchen. This is part of our mission, to always be growing, changing, and evolving as we deliver new flavors and experiences to our guests.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Dine with Roilty is a Private Chef service hosting dinner events and classes within clients homes or rental properties. From 3-7 course dinners to cooking classes geared towards any skill level, our chefs will provide an unforgettable experience to you and your guests.
We provide a seamless experience all the way from menu creation to cleanup and everything in between. We offer coursed out infused fine dining in the heart of Denver and surrounding areas.
Recently being awarded “Best of Denver” by Westword Magazine, we have also won the connoisseur cup and high times top cannabis chef. Our company has also been featured numerous times on TV including Chopped 420, Beat Bobby Flay, Southern Charm, and more. We were also featured this year at the Denver Food and Wine Festival.
We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
Everything I do always starts as a side hustle it seems. I always find something I enjoy and then figure out how to make money with it. This was no different, we did a NYE dinner for friends one year and infused all the food, savory and sweet. It was a huge hit, and everyone still talks about that night, which was the beginning of it all. After that I looked into honing my craft and then competing. Not long after, we won the High Times Top Cannabis Chef which sent everything snowballing into more competitions and TV appearances. Take all that and add in some hard work and a business was born.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
We have been in the cannabis space for a long time, from making extracts and growing, to cooking and becoming a cannabis chef. We have been on the scene and have become a household name in many cannabis communities. We also have a great internet presence which drives a lot of traffic to our website. Lastly and most important, our guests love us, they always return or tell friends. Word of mouth is a large part of our business.
