Hi Sabi , thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about how you learned to do what you do?
I think i had a natural talent for marketing. Since i was younger. I enjoyed posting and sharing information with purpose.I’ve always been great with people and aiding them in providing resources for what they needed. After a career in real estate, i felt natural to transition into marketing.
Knowing now what i didn’t know then, one of the things i do differently is not be afraid to take risks and surround myself with people who want to see me win.
That’s a great question, understanding what a client needs and wants. I am an avid listener and pay attention to market trends.
A few obstacles I’ve faced along the way were, meeting people who wasted my time. Another obstacle was entering a market that is competitive and having to build my book of business from the ground up.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Absolutely, my name is Sabi Janet Gutierrez. I am a second generation immigrant latina. I was born and raised in the Houston heights area. I am a mother of 3, a friend, fashionista, a dreamer, I am a business women. I enjoy volunteering my time in various organizations. I serve on the boards The Red Production and ActoutHTX. I have a biweekly live podcast. I have been so fortunate to have so many wonderful opportunities come my way. I wanted a career that allowed me to be my own boss. And allowed me the flexibility to create my own schedule.i decided real estate was it. I entered the market in one of it’s lowest points of real estate history. I’ve learned a few things , especially to think outside the box. The challenging market taught me resilience and to see things trough. I never lost my love of real estate and now co owner of a growing team, The Real Estate Edit Group. Along with my business partner Francisco Chapa we are changing the game in the market and introducing solar to our agents.
I’m currently the marketing Director for Trinity Title. My main goal is to attract business, agents and put our company on the map.. I focus on making great connections and turning that connection into a client. Understanding their needs and help them in their business in top priority.. I add value to my client in many ways. I am the liaison between the agent and title company. I put out fires ,resolve issues. On the lighter side , I host events to attract agents (business). Host and teach classes. My goal is to create long lasting relationships in return they use our services. One of the things that set me apart is i like think outside the box. Putting a fresh spin on title and what we offer.Instead of a traditional happy hour. I create events that are unique and fun while networking and learning. Setting them apart from many in the industry. Branding myself and Trinity Title to stand out.
I’m proud of the relationships I’ve maintained and the amount of people I’ve been able to touch. Ive built my book of business organically. I pride myself in being authentic and caring about my clients needs. My goal is to have a pleasurable work experience and smooth transaction.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I keep in touch with my clients by making phone calls, texts and emails. I occasionally stop by my clients office and visit in person. I like to keep in mind important dates and my personal favorite, hand written cards.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I have consistently grown my social media organically over time. Being genuine and sharing some of my day to day along with work has helped me grow my audience by being able to connect with like minded people
