BJ, appreciate you joining us today. Alright, so we’d love to hear about how you got your first client or customer. What’s the story?

Honestly, my first client came from a person who approached me asking what I was doing with my talent… Why wasn’t I working and promoting my gifts. I’m a writer amongst other things and the way I would carry a conversation is very charismatic. especially with the ladies. I like to keep smiles around me more than frowns, so I lead the conversation into me thinking about publishing a book. They were like when you do! I’m your fist customer. They would continue to ask every time they saw me which motivated me to go ahead and put the books in the universe.

BJ, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Okay…. I’m originally from Atlanta ga. Scorpio sign! very passionate about the arts, crafts, emotions that go into and out of a project. I’ve always been into Self-employment, Self-empowerment, building generational wealth and uplifting the community.

The industry has always been a factor in my life and social circle. I know a lot of people in entertainment and fashion and my family itself have business owners so it’s in my bloodline to be a CEO.

Discipline is one of those things that, if you don’t have… you won’t last in nothing you attempt to accomplish. I learned that the hard way which most with a journey. will learn as they travel.

At Society’s Finest Iam LLC, we are looking to solve a ongoing problem in the community with the culture. Fashion and Literature will always be hand and hand in the community and the culture. So, we are just adding our hearts and minds to the equation with a brand that solidifies itself and all that is needed to complete the circle it the consumer, the individual, the prospect, the dreamer, the believer! Clothing, Apparel, Accessories, Books ETC. Once you or even as you become aware of whom you are you will start to see things as they should be seen. that then leads you to live as you should and subject yourself to only the best that is deserving of you and those who surround themselves with you and your mindset.,

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I tell you like this… Social Media platforms are very pivotable when branding, and making your presence known. Of course, the bigger following the bigger opportunities that present itself. in hindsight long as you’re engaging daily with the followers, your conversion at some point will show that in your analytics.

All my followers are as organic as can possibly be. follow for follows, your hashtags. and content all make up your trend and what’s viewed by the community. Having your regular friends share and comment helps a bunch. naturally your brand will pick up motion with all the effort of every individual that’s associated with the business. a strong team and team participation in marketing and ads will bring traffic as well. I always say….: it’s what you believe and what the eyes watching you can believe and identify with that’s going to mark your territory in the industry.

Any advice for managing a team?

My friend tells me all the time… the artist has to have a space to create. the artis can’t manage and be creative simultaneously. I say that to say, the way to manage is completely like. every person has to play their role out right and to the upmost of the role. We all want success, so we all have to be accountable for our part of the machine that works.

The same energy one would give in a relationship they love and long for…. is the exact same dedication that is needed for your livelihood to maintain… You want this then work your tail off as if this is all you have. Its all or nothing…
