Markeon, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?

Taking a risk activates your faith. If we had everything figured out all the time, what would be the purpose of faith? My journey has been more rewarding due to me  changing the way I view life and circumstances. We all learn differently, and in my case, I learn from experience.

Markeon, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

The best version of yourself is the version that only you can see. Once you become aware of what that version of you is, you find your true inner power.

I got into the industry by discovering who I was. Knowing myself allowed me to follow the steps that were ordered for the calling that’s inside of me.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

In order to build an audience you have to know your audience but even then, if you don’t fit the audience, you make the audience fit you.

Any advice for managing a team?

Managing a team is no different then managing your car or even your body. Both are made up different parts to work efficiently but needs to be well maintained for optimum performance. Once you neglect an area, that’s when break downs happen or your team becomes dysfunctional.
