Hi Alejandra, thanks for joining us today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your professional career?

Before becoming an Astrology Coach, my prior job was at a big Bank Corporation in Chile. Been there for 14 years, I started from the bottom and follow my career, always motivated to do big changes from the heart at that giant business corporation.

I always dreamt that if creative people work with their heart, you can give them any job, and they will always see the fun, beautiful and potential side of it. And I felt like that, I felt as a gamechanger, of course I had to learn a lot in a field I
wasn´t an expert, and that requiere a lot of time studing, asking for help, and working long hours, but I wanted to be the best in what I do, so I worked for that.

Here I literally became an expert in “human and public relationships”, because I learned how to be very approachable to people, I had to know how to talk, ask for favors, and get to people that I once thought was impossible to get through, so I started to train my skills with people in high range over me, CEO´s, and also people in lower range of the corporation, and that was magical! because I never lost my humbleness, and people give a huge value to that, so they start loving you because of your humanity, its difficult to find that in such a cold, numb and automatic place. So you become a loved one and also being hated because of envy of just being you.

I started to see the bigger picture when I become in charge of teaching big groups of people doing mortgage training every month to the big community of Santiago City.
There I “fire” my potential on speaking, and I discovered how fun it was for me to talk in large groups, with humour, being empathetic with people that didn´t understand, and receiving so much care about what I was doing, people started thanking me because they always saw these trainings as a boring period, and they become a light , free and fun time with other colleagues, they really start learning the subject, it was interesting, and I also were in charge of designing the presentations, so they were different from the boring corporate ones (my real profession is an Industrial Designer; literally an inventor of anything).

So every step I was going through, inside this place, it was leading me to what I do now; as crazy as it may sound, I was aknowledging my talent of speech , of hearing and connecting with people. And also reinforcing my personality participating in important meetings, inside and out of this big Corporation, clients, important Universities CEO´s, and writing a letter to the president of the bank, to the Human Resources CEO, with ideas I was creating beside all I was seeing in my everyday job with clients and colleagues.

Then I decided to study Leadership Coaching Diploma for 1 year in an important University in Chile, and become more aware about this talent on leading people in a Human and empowering way.

I started practicing this everyday with my working group in every office I was in charge, I talked a lot with people, but after 2 years after studying Coaching, I felt that something was missing in me, this job that I loved for 14 years wasn´t valuable anymore, I wanted to defy myself with something bigger for my SOUL. I was obnly exchanging my skills and knowledge to the circle I had contact in my work, but I wanted to extend it to more people in the World. And there was when I decided to use also my ASTROLOGY skills to follow and help people.

I read people easily, so while I was becoming a professional Astrologer I connected with my Psychic habilities as a Tarot reader, and found clairaudience, and now clairvoyance while working from the inside out, you start reading the symbols everywhere, and start to undnerstand things from a new veil.

And here I am now, after all the beautiful road I had.

I wanted to share this story because every job you have, teach you something very important, even if it´s something you didnt study for, you can learn, you can do it.
It´s the point of view on how you see your day to day.

So for example I woke up very early and arrived at my office with a big smile and love, talking to everyone, I say hi to 30 people each morning with all my heart, my energy help change everyones mood; if they had a bad night or week.

You are the leader, people is waiting for you, their day depends on YOUR MOOD, so if you arrive ugly or mad, you push them to be in a bad mood.

Alejandra, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I entered the World of Holistic Therapies, by a push from my SOUL to help the planet heal our emotional world. To do this we can do a lot of therapies, you receive the therapy you resonate more with.

I think that Astrology is a map from the Universe that is imprinted in us, 6 months before arriving on Earth.

When you receive this information you start connecting all the dots in your life, so it becomes easier to follow your path, your purpose in life, things start becoming lighter, and you understand yourself better, it requires a lot of shadow work, but with the help of an Astrology Coach you can do it, through different readings.

Sometimes people need a push in life and reading your BIRTH CHART, open your eyes and make you made the necessary changes or moves in a difficult period of your life.

This reading is the very first thing we should do to dive deep in your subconscious mind. Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

I think that every road is different in any speciality, I believe that being humble is the most important one, being a leader sometimes may feel as a powerful role and some people get lost in it, listening to every experience your share with people friends, family, and your audience help you to stay grounded, also appreciate and respect other professionals in your field, even though if they are in your same path or not.

Expand your knowledge, every day we evolve, and new generations are here to change the WORLD in a new earth, they are already defying the old way of living in this planet, changing the way on how to take care of nature, recycling, eating healthier, the dont accept old way of abusing leaders. So if a business don´t follow this minimun standards they will difficultly be alive in the near future.

I dream that someday Astrology will be taught on Schools, as a climate weather forecast in Science, an evolving way or view of seeing LIFE in this planet, and also in Psychology fields (I studied Psychological and evolving Astrology). We need to learn about our emotions since we are kids, and Astrology with your birth date explains how the day your are born, in a certain place and time inside this planet give you a certain CODE or MAP to navigate your life easily.

Finally is your work with each and every person that learn what you do or hear what your work is for, that make you expand your circle and more people can find you.

Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?

Of course I will!!, that road brought me here, and who nows, maybe I will choose another field or go beyond this in the future, we are free to change the way we explore our talents. Look to Jim Carey!, how everyone in the World saw him and how he is now a completely different person.
