Hi Rhina , thanks for joining us today. So, let’s start with a hypothetical – what would you change about the educational system?

hoy en dia aun no nos educan para la vida, parte de la educacion deberia estar la vida financiera. Los jovenes desde que entran a la universidad estan ya edeudados y ni saben como utilizar un tarjeta de credito y al cabo de unos anos ya tienen mal credito por no haber tenido educacion financiera.

I started my business 5 years ago as a personal and business tax preparer, over time we became a multiservices, with the purpose of offering our clients the services they need most such as credit repair, life and health insurance, itin and immigration.

I am proud to be able to provide our clients with the best customer service they deserve, it is a pleasure for us to be able to help them.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Giving my clients the best customer service, when your client is satisfied with your work, he will recommend all the people he can.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

everything you want to achieve you can do, at first it is very scary but when you know that it is the only thing left to do and it has to work, you make it work.

Everyone should know what you do until the one you just met you don’t know who will be a client.
