Priscilla, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Have you ever had an amazing boss? What did you learn from them? Maybe you can share a story that illustrates the kind of boss they were or maybe you can share your thoughts on what you think made them an awesome person to work for?
The best boss I ever had was my Branch Manager at TD Bank, Vicki Bruce. She was the best boss I ever has because there wasn’t a problem she couldn’t solve and never left you alone with any tough issues. Vicki lead our team by example, from being the best in customer service to arriving early and leaving late every day. She always found your strength and pushed you to be your best. My favorite memory working with Vicki was that she truly cared about her team and gave us the tools to be successful in all the tasks we were given. Eventually when I hire a team I will ensure to always be fair, listen to my team and make sure they never give up on their goals inside and outside of work like Vicki did for me. She is truly a remodel that I can never forget, from her kindness to her strength as a leader she will always be the best boss I ever had.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
What I create is Coquito, Coquito means “little coconut” and it’s a thick creamy coconut rum drink which came from the island of Puerto Rico. Coquito in the Spanish culture is extremely popular during the holidays, it’s a Spanish version of Eggnog. I also make coquito in different flavors such as Dulce de Leche, Nutella, Pumpkin Spice & Red Velvet. Although these are my main flavors at this time I will be exploring more flavors this new year! What I truly believe that sets me apart from other’s is my varies flavors and amazing customer service. I’m originally from New Jersey were I was trained to be a Customer Service Champion. and be held responsible for all my customers experiences they receive. I care and listen and give my customers the time to make all my orders specials. I noticed here in Miami there are many businesses that when I walk in to ask a question it seems like I’m bothering the employee rather than making me feel welcomed and excited that I’m bringing them business no matter how big or small the store. My biggest dedication is for all my customers leave with a smile and that they had a pleasant encounter with me and they will be returning for more business in the future. I have started to do Farmer’s Markets throughout Broward & MIami Dade were anyone over 21 years old can have a free tasting of all my coquito flavors! So follow me on my Instagram were you will always get my latest updates & location of where you can find me! @Miamicoquito_
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
My biggest advice is to be consentient with your posts! Don’t be discouraged when you only have 1 or 2 likes, just keep posting! You never know who is watching! Always use hashtags, this has helped me a lot receive bulk orders. Always ask family & friends to share your stories and posts. Don’t forget to check your messages on a daily basis and always message back within 24 hours. We live in a fast pace world and if you take to long you might have missed an order.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
My best source of new clients have been at my Farmer’s Markets. Doing Farmer’s Markets is exhausting but worth the while! I have meet so many new followers, clients & even business potentials to expand my brand! Having free tastings when you are dealing with food or beverages is a MUST! I have been noticing so many of my client’s are also coming from “word of mouth” from people who have already tasted my coquito. If you want results you must put in the hard work, it’s not all about posting pictures & sharing stories put your self out there and you never know what door might open for you.
